Sara is the founder and lead engineer of IMGVO. She has 10 years of front-end engineering experience with a deep specialisation in browser APIs, WebAssembly, and image processing. She built IMGVO's core conversion and compression pipeline and writes about the technical aspects of image formats, browser support, and performance. Previously, she worked as a Senior Web Engineer at two European SaaS companies.

Rami leads design and UX at IMGVO, and also writes guides about image quality, visual optimisation, and format selection for designers. With a background in graphic design and 7 years of product design experience, he writes from the perspective of someone who has personally wrestled with the JPG-vs-PNG decision thousands of times. His guides focus on practical, visual trade-offs rather than theoretical specifications.

Leila is IMGVO's content lead and editor-in-chief. She oversees all published guides, manages the editorial review process, and writes about image SEO, file format history, and web performance best practices. With a background in computer science and technical writing, she combines technical accuracy with plain-language accessibility. She maintains our editorial standards and fact-checks all articles before publication.

Omar manages IMGVO's community, user feedback, and support documentation. He writes step-by-step conversion guides for non-technical users and keeps our how-to articles current as browser support changes. With five years of technical customer support experience, he has an unusually good instinct for what confuses real users — and how to explain things clearly.
