By accessing or using IMGVO (available at imgvo.com and any subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of IMGVO, including visitors, registered users (if applicable), and contributors to editorial content.

IMGVO provides a suite of free, browser-based image tools including format conversion, compression, resizing, cropping, and related utilities. All processing is performed locally in your browser — no images are transmitted to our servers.

We provide the service as-is and make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or continued operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

IMGVO is currently free to use and we have no immediate plans to change this. However, we reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future.

Here's what you can and cannot do with IMGVO:

Since all processing happens in your browser, we have no ability to monitor the content of files you process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to process any images you use with IMGVO.

You own your images. IMGVO does not claim any ownership rights over files you process using our tools. We never receive, store, or transmit your files, so no licence is granted to us for your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any images you use with IMGVO. This includes:

• Images you own or have created
• Images licensed to you for commercial use
• Images in the public domain
• Images you have explicit permission to modify

IMGVO's brand, logo, code, and editorial content are owned by IMGVO and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission, except as permitted by applicable fair use provisions.

IMGVO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The results of using the service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The service is free from viruses or other harmful components

We strongly recommend maintaining backups of any original files before processing. While IMGVO processes files locally and does not alter your originals, browser crashes or unexpected errors could in rare cases affect the process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMGVO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for any damages exceed the amount you paid to use IMGVO in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, since the service is currently free, would be zero).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

IMGVO does not publish sponsored content, paid reviews, or paid tool recommendations. Our editorial guides are written independently and are not influenced by commercial relationships.

If this ever changes, we will clearly label any sponsored or promotional content as such, in compliance with applicable advertising disclosure regulations (including FTC guidelines).
